ECP Color Codes

Various text and background colors are used throughout the program as visual indicators of record type, status, etc. The meaning of some colors is dependent on the area of the program or module that is being used.

A light blue background in the group policy area of the program indicates that the records are group policy certificates.

A yellow background indicates that the records are qualified suspects.

A pink background indicates that the records are not qualified suspects.

A beige background indicates that the record is private and cannot be seen by other users.

A light green background indicates that the record is not part of the eOCS sales process.

Records that need to be validated are indicated by red text. When dates of birth and review dates only are in red text, this indicates that the date occurs in the current month.

A gray background indicates that the records are Employee Census type records.
